Our Crew wouldn’t be the same without Burt Dillibaugh. One thing we can all agree upon is that the ranch wouldn’t run without him. He’s here 7 days a week, rain or shine, snow or wind — assuming the road is good enough for him to get down to get here. He likely knows the cows better than us, and if you want something done with the cows, you can count on him.

He’s got two grown daughters, a couple grandsons and a son still in high school. When his kids need something, he makes sure it gets done! It’s no different for his family, and fortunately for us, we’re family!

He’s one of the first to lend a helping hand no matter what the job, has great taste in TV shows, and is pretty dang handy with a rope. In fact, if you want to learn to throw the big, fancy ranch loops, he’s the guy you want to learn from — well that is until Dave Long is around. Dave’s not nearly as big a smart ass as Burt!

He’ll tell you his most “endearing” quality is his relentless smart-ass, we’d say it’s his willingness to help anyone at any time! Regardless we’re glad he’s on the team — the ranch wouldn’t work as well as it does if we were short a Burt.
